Hey, it's that time of year again! I went to Deepwood Estate on Sunday. This was my first time this year, and I'll probably be there several more times to watch as things grow and change. No apologies (yet) for my many hummingbird and flower photos...
Can you spot both woodpeckers?
A Northern Flicker, I believe.
Wow, others are allowed to eat the fruit? Seems a little rude that not all are welcome.
Beautiful!! Many of these would make great desktop backgrounds for Spring! #2,3,4 , 9 and 11 are my favs, of this bunch, keep the loveliness of Spring coming!!
ReplyDeleteSeeing these photos makes me crave to have some prints on my bedroom walls. Most of mine are in storage, I should go get them!
Love these! I wonder if they give the fruit to a homeless shelter or something. Seems like a waste if no one can eat it. :)
ReplyDeleteYou know there are some people who are special and are allowed the fruit; the vegans, maybe.
ReplyDeleteNo apologies necessary for the hummingbirds or any of your photos. I love them all!
Love, Mom
Maybe "others" are the animals?
ReplyDeleteAnyway, of course, these are beautiful and lovely photos. I'm feeling so envious of your time to create these pieces of art and then post them to your blog. I swear that this is my busiest time of year and I have time for essentials only (it seems).
I miss blogging. But thanks for cheering me up with your gorgeous spring pictures. Never any apologies necessary for sharing abundant photos of any kind.
Man, those pictures are sharp! Maybe it's just me (I did clean my monitor today :p) but those look SO sharp and clear and vibrant! Gorgeous pics.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Dania! Yes, go get the prints!
ReplyDeleteBrenda - Haha.. yeah, I don't know. I don't even know what fruit they mean.
Mom - True. I bet that's who they are referring to - The Others. Thanks!
R - Mayhaps. I'm betting the animals are the biggest fruit-eating culprits, anyway.
Dan - Thank you! I felt like the camera did a good job that day. I think it was partially the lighting that was bright enough.
